Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely. Refunds follow our fair-use policy.
- Fees are displayed prior to purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
- Refund eligibility depends on course progress and schedule constraints for any Coaching Session.
- Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may result in account suspension.
Intellectual Property
All site content, course materials, and brand assets are protected by intellectual property laws. Your access is governed by the Course License and does not grant ownership or the right to redistribute.
User Content
You retain rights to User Content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content to deliver the services. You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
